Error in Fedex Home Delivery Rates???

Last week I shipped a package, weighing 1 lb 8 ounces via Fedex Home Delivery to FL for $10.36 as had I done before

Prepping a package to ship to TN yesterday via Fedex Home Delivery, shipping a 1 lb 3 ounce package to TN, the store cost was $15.10 yet the Ebay "discounted" cost, when I went to print a label was.............                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   .................FIFTEEN DOLLARS  AND EIGHTY-FIVE CENTS

Is it me or is something not right?????

There is a lot wrong with the FedEx rates. We stopped using them when we started getting charges for additional shipping costs from Ebay 2 weeks after the item was shipped. We put exact packed weight and box dimensions in every time, but every time we would get additional charges. No more FedEx for us.
