Item listed as shipped when it has not been shipped

How can an item be listed as "Shipped" when the carrier does not have the item?

lost packages routing through NJ

just spoke to the PO about lost packages going through Teterboro NJ, the roof caved in during hurricane Ida and all packages are MIA, having to refund over and over again to customers who want their items NOW! good luck to us all

Ebay calculated shipping wrong

I just had an order for 5 of the same item. eBay calculated the shipping wrong. They charged the customer 11.75, but the shipping was 18.76? I have never had this happen before.
