Error creating label: Label could not be generated. Internal error.

Getting the "Error creating label: Label could not be generated. Internal error. " message today but just on one specific label. All the others today have printed.

Its not international, I have cleared the cache, restarted the computer and browser. I have gone in and edited the ship to address by capitalizing the correct letters and saving it.

Same error over and over. Anyone dealing with this today?

I am having the same problem, but I believe mine is the result of Managed Payments.  The payment method keeps switching back to PayPal instead of pending balance and then fails to print.

Wow, I have 30 labels that HAVE to be printed NOW ! ! I keep getting an error, I am sure it is the managed payments, It was letting me switch between payments, now its stuck on pay pal only, which is OK, but I keep getting an error and cannot get a label out of it. NOT GOOD when ebay has me under the gun to get these out NOW ! Anyone have any solutions for this ?

it wouldn't give us an option to choose the payment either Paypal or managed Payment pending fund.

As We do not use Paypal no more, We do not have any funds left over.. what is going on ebay

Same issue, cant use pending funds and when i try with PayPal it errors out and I get charged on PayPal then refunded.

I've been refunded for only 2 of the 4 labels I tried to print. I wonder of the the other 2 will come through or if I'll have to contact ebay.

I tried a bulk label purchase and haven't been refunded for it, its been over an hour. The normal single label tries were refunded.

I have the same problem.  I'm in managed payments but on the Print Shipping Label page the only option I have is to pay using PayPal.  I have money in my PayPal account but when  I click the "Purchase and Print Label" button  the shipping label is not created and I get the error "Error creating label: Sorry, something went wrong and we could not work out the reason. Please try again later."  

I can see that the money for the shipping label is deducted from my Paypal balance and then immediately refunded.  I called Ebay but they didn't have any reports of this problem and weren't able to provide a solution.   I ended up using PayPal.com/shipnow and generated labels painfully one by one.

I have talked to 2 different "anchor" agents about this issue. Both said they have heard reports of this issue. In the mean time i used www.pirateship.com if you link ebay to it the shipping address is imported before you print a label which saves time.

I spoke to an anchor support agent too who didn't have reports of the problem either. Hopefully by now the message is getting through to them and that someone is working on the problem.  ( Thanks for the suggestion to use PirateShip   I should done that instead of using PayPal.)

How do you get refunded?  I have the same problem.  I have 5 charges in Paypal for labels that never generated and none were refunded.  Do I open a case in Paypal?

I am having the same problem, and I too suspect it is the result of Managed Payments.  The payment method keeps ONLY shows the option of PayPal instead of Managed Payment, fails to print and gives that error message.  

I have been charged 6 times through PayPal, and auto refunded 5 times. 

I have put in a request for eBay to call me back (stated 51 minute wait), still waiting 2 hours later. 

Hoping to hear resolution via eBay or the Community.

UPDATE:  I just checked again, and it is working properly for me now.

Yes i can report its working again for me too.

As far as getting a refund on labels you never actually received. When i talked to the agent she said she would issue me a statement credit for the label. As of now after a couple hours it still has not posted on my account so not sure how long that will take to show up.
