The option to edit an existing promoted listing has disappeared. The only options i see available areGenerate listing reportPauseEnd There used to be an option to edit so i could add new items that were currently not promoted.

I just issued a partial refund with MP. I see no indication that any sales tax was refunded. Is it really refunded just not shown to the seller?
