Make sure that you open a "Not as described" case against the seller -- and NOT an "item not received" case!
The tracking will show that SOMETHING (an empty box) was "received," so do NOT open an "item not received" case!

Because they have delivered tracking you will lose an INR case most likely.
Best to open a return missing item/pecies. And explain you received an open box.
Most likely you will have to ship back the empty box.

What was the weight according to the label? What was supposed to be in the box?

Since I assume you did not purchase an empty box, there is only one way to handle it. You have to file an item not as described case. You did receive a package so you CANNOT file an item not received case. You will LOSE. It not as described.

Is that what the box looked like when you received it? It looks like the seller did not tape all the seams and whatever was in the box fell out during transit.
Like another poster asked - what what the weight on the label?
Definitely do not open a "Item not Received" claim - the box got to you, which is all that is needed for the seller to deny a INR claim. It is a "Not as Described" claim.
