I saw this in our local facebook selling group as well.
ELTA Hellenic Post (Greek Post) is remarkably fast in getting stuff out of Greece, and has always been reliable as a shipper.
since a month or so, eBay stopped tracking ELTA. ELTA probably changed server or something?
other tracking services do track ELTA however.
example: RE280975715GR i only get "Tracking Number Provided".
they say that once it reaches the States, i can change shipper manualy to USPS and eBay will show tracking. but i will have lost 3-4 days until USPS shows the product and will probably get punished for this.
How do i contact eBay about this? i posted here because i saw nobody else did.
