Can ebay standard envelope be used in the global shipping program? If so how will an overseas customer see this? If it is only 51 cents to the center in KY how will the item be handled from there?
I've seen at least one listing that has the standard envelop showing for the US and the gsp for international sales but I have no idea if it actually works when you go to print the label.
