Why does ebay periodically show "Respond to open offers" when there are
no items with open offers? This happens at least once per day. Click the
"red 1" showing open offers and there are zero.
Can ebay standard envelope be used in the global shipping program? If so
how will an overseas customer see this? If it is only 51 cents to the
center in KY how will the item be handled from there?
I have six parcels right now that have been stuck in Indianapolis. If

I got this same error when trying to list a draft. Since that did not
work I made a copy of the draft. I clicked list and it seemed to behave
the way it is supposed to but the listing is NOT there but the draft is
