Ebay says that the clase is closed in my favor

Ebay says that the ebay case is already closed in my favor and expected a 3-5 day refund, but the case is pending. Ebay said that its pending because its waiting for the supervisor approval because of high value item. What does this mean? Will it change the case outcome, or its already closed?

Have you opened a Return? Has the item made it back to the seller?

I'd assume it's not 'closed' until that supervisor approves it...

you are suppose to ask them call reference number so if you call again so you can refer to them about call reference number about the representative who given you assurity . this way they will not change their statement and will have to close the case in your favor.

i opened a return, but the seller didnt provide means of return in 2x 5 day.

I dont know about these reference numbers, but i talked to them on email, not on the phone. Does it matters?

Got it. It sounds as if your seller didn't react to your open Return request. Yes, after a period of time, eBay will force the seller to refund you. I've never dealt with a 'high value' item here, but it sounds like standard operating procedure to me. I'd rest easy and play the waiting game. It shouldn't take long. Good luck!
