Hi
Several days ago I bought a Men’s Under Armour compression shirt size small. Brand new. When the item arrived the shirt is actually a Boys size small because I compared it with my other UA compression shirts and it’s obviously a child’s size.
Seller listed the item as a Men’s small, the shirt even had a Men’s size small tag on it. But it’s impossible for how tiny it looked. On top of that the material and stitching of the UA shirt is completely different than what I have and it’s the same kind. Obviously it’s a counterfeit Under Armour Compression shirt.
Anyways I have messaged the seller asking for a refund and sent a request for a refund. The request was closed by seller and seller ignores all my messages.
How can I get eBay to help me get a refund? Seller obviously ripped me off with a falsely advertised item. It’s like a click bait and with no refund or exchange. That’s ridiculous.

It's quite easy to open a return. Go to your purchase history and scroll to the shirt. Select the return button. Put in item not as described because the shirt isn't the size described per your post. Follow the directions and you will receive a return label from eBay. Make sure you ship your item back in the correct time. You will be refunded for your purchase as eBay offers a MBG. You'll be fine just stop communicating with this seller. Best of luck to you....

Why would you not simply open an item not as described case in the Resolution Center?
You have 30 days to do this.

Can OP open another return? Is it just one return allowed, or can a return be opened over and over until a suitable return is opened?

I'm guessing you opened a return for wrong size which is a remorse return a seller can decline

Hi, thanks for replying. Is this the same method as I previously opened a return message sent to seller that got declined? Thx

If you opened a "return" in eBay you are done. You only get one try in eBay.
Tag was wrong. Seller may be a bad person, may be that they went by the tag.
You can try PP(if used).
Do not open a case stating does not fit, or wrong size. Do as suggested, with "not as described".
In PP you will pay return shipping unless you enroll in the free return shipping before you start the claim. PP will reimburse you for shipping.

Hi. What is a PP and how would I do that? Thanks. I can no longer send a return back since the seller has declined the item.

PP is PayPal.
You would go to the PayPal site resolution center to request a return.
Before you do that, what do you see when you click on view the return status.
If you open a return in PayPal it will generally cause any open case in eBay to automatically be closed.

When you made the return request, I'm guessing that you selected the "Wrong size" as the reason for the return. This is classified by eBay as a "remorse" return request, and thus is not eligible for the Money Back Guarantee. The seller, who likely doesn't accept returns, can deny such a return request.
You can next go to PayPal and make a return request based on a "Not as Described" reason ... something like "Doesn't match description".
If PayPal refuses to take the return request (because it was rejected by eBay), then you would need to file a charge-back with your credit card.

I have a situation much the same and i printed the label returned the product and the tracking says" receptacle full " the carrier was unable to deliver, so now the buyer is refusing to go to the post office and accept the item > I contact him and he ignores me. What recourse do have the item in question is quite expensive 185.00
