I had very bad luck and seems I got scammer 600 euros. I bought Louis Vuitton bag for the seller having many good reviews, unfortunately it still turned out to be counterfeit. I contacted the seller and she asked me to send it back to get refund. So I did and I shipped it on 03.12.2020. Unfortunately, there was Christmas time ahead and they also cancelled all the flights to UK where the package was heading, so it took extremely long to arrive back to seller. I contacted my post office about that but they told me there is nothing anyone can do but eventually it will arrive back to seller. So my case was put on hold until 08.01. 2021. Of course there was tracking number for the package and I write to the return for of Ebay as well. Then finally tracking showed it has been delivered on 05.01.2020. I felt so relieved. But instead of getting refund I just got the message from the Ebay they have revieved my case and they are not refunding me. Of course I was shocked and instantly wrote back to them asking if they have even noticed the seller has gotten item back and asking refund because my order was under Money Back Quarantee policy. I have not gotten yet the answer for Ebay. Does anyone has any experience of this kind of situation and have you been able to appeal and got your money back? I just do not understand why would they not refund me after sending item back. I just lost my trust completely to Ebay and I am pretty sure I wont be buying anything expensive in here in future.
