Has anyone ever clicked on the tracking number from within ebay for a shipment you sold and shipped then compared what ebay reports is the status of the package then gone straight to USPS tracking to see what it says?

The ridiculous status is laughable. Why would ebay add such nonsense to the tracking status. Guess they want to make every package look like it is not going through the system well.

Yep, but it seems to be going both ways, the PO is having problems getting tracking right too. Have one that Informed Delivery says was going to be delivered today, but both tracking systems still show it being 5 states away.

Yes, ebay loves to state carrier is awaiting package when it was already shipped the day before and had already shown acceptance and movement. Makes no sense and I have no idea where they're getting this bogus info from as USPS never states this nonsense.

All the carriers remain a mess. I signed up for tracking text alerts with UPS, received NO delivery alerts, even after successful opt in! USPS alerts are usually within minutes of real time, took 2 hrs past delivery for notification. Often the point of a delivery alert is so the buyer knows the package is there and they can grab it to keep it safe! Pointless when they're never sent or it takes hours past delivery.

But the entire World is a mess right now, so what else is new!
