Hello, I have 274 listings & all should be eligible for EIS program. I have all my listings under the same business policy with no exclusions, 214 show up as shipping internationally while 60 listings show that I only ship to US. How can I fix the 60 listings to show up for international buyers under the EIS program as well?

Solved! If you are having this issue, go into your business policy and just add an exclusion under international shipping and it fixed this for me.

There are some glitches in the EIS exclusion system.
What are the values of the items?
What is the category they are listed under?

Only a few items are above $500 which I see has been a problem there. Outside of like 5 pairs of shoes, 5 shirts all the others are listed under Comics/Graphic novels.

Want to give me a few item numbers for example?
I know that
a.) items over $500 were not included originally, and now-even though it's up to $2000, many items originally listed and excepted by EIS are NOT be updated to 'now include'
b.) Items that countries were first excluded; and now 'not' (per the seller) are NOT being updated to now include.
One of the ebay reps is looking into it for me as well.

For example
225638726495 This item enrolled correctly into EIS
225678984158 This item only will only ship to US
Both under same business policy, same category to sale under.

Thanks for the tag.
My take: ah...the 'invisible' "algorithm' deal again.
I can see that being an issue with the 'over $500' deal since EIS is basically 'covering all refunds'.....
but what about the $100 item and $40 item NOT being shown? (as is with MANY of my items- a seller that has been selling the same items for 12 years??)

Hey there, I'm having the same issue and would appreciate some tips. By adding "an exclusion under international shipping," did you edit your exclusion list to exclude a few locations and that solved it? I tried that and have had no luck so far, so I'm just curious to see if I'm attempting the fix correctly or not.
