The link above will take you to the USPS mailing restrictions for Singapore. Including but not limited to:
Coins (except coins for purposes of ornament); banknotes; currency notes; traveler’s checks; securities payable to bearer; precious stones; jewelry; and other valuable articles.
The USPS has a similar list for all countries and the restrictions vary based on the home country's restrictions, not USPS nor eBay.
