EBay if you will not let customers file a claim because they did not get there item on time, I may consider it. The USPS is still below standards on delivery time. The USPS still needs fixed before I will Opt into that program. As of today I have 3 packages stuck in MS since February. So who pays if customer files a claim they didn't receive there package by the date your computer sets. It's not Just the USPS it's the whole Postal Systems.
