shipping cost

I have changed the way I ship and have been trying to change the cost to a lower amount on items I have listed but when I try to edit it doesn't change the cost, it will let me change the selling price but not the shipping. Can anyone tell me if I am doing something wrong?

It looks like you have selected 'flat rate' shipping on your items with UPS on a lot of them.  Where are you trying t o edit the shipping costs? Are you using an app or a computer to make the edits? (I never eBay on the apps)

Do you really want to do that with the glass (fragile) items you have for sale?
