Does Registered Mail Provide Delivery Confirmation on eBay?

I'm just wondering if the Registered Mail tracking number actually provides automatic delivery confirmation in the eBay system, as I've read here that it actually doesn't from some users, in the case where the system will use tracking to automatically decide cases.

If you upload the tracking number to the listing when you ship, and it's a number that can be tracked online, you should be good.
