Is there anyway I can contact the United States Global Shipping Center? I’ve seen recent reviews on people using this program and I’m very concerned about the condition my parcel and item are in. I live in Australia and I bought a Pokémon Center plush which is being shipped from the US. I’m just hoping that my plush doesn’t end up being destroyed or taken out of the parcel.

The mail service, and the customs agent from both country will not open the package without a reason. You will find a similar answer from a search online. It'll go through an x-ray machine. If something looks suspicious, they will then have a reason to inspect the item before it leaves or enters a country.
USPS inspected my items before and they will leave a note indicating that they have done so, and tape the opening with their branded tape. Australia may or may not have the same procedures.

I may have misread this question. The Global Shipping Program will most likely open and repackage your item. I believe they do this to ensure that the customs manifest is being properly filled out.
