Hi!
A buyer recently opened an item not received case. Do I need to give a refund? The items tracking says it was delivered and the buyer thinks the package was stolen.

If a payment dispute you might lose (should not but might).
If an item not received case, enter the tracking that shows delivered.

It was an item not received case. I contact the buyer and gave him some advice and also entered in the tracking number which shows the item had been delivered

is that response confusing to you? Meaning if you submit the tracking number to prove delivery, you will win the case.

Be supportive. Have her look in the bushes and ask the neighbors in case they took it in for safekeeping. Tell her to ask the mail carrier exactly where the package was left. I had tracking once that showed delivered but it wasn't delivered until the next day. Have her file a police report and a mail theft /rifling report with USPS.
