Please HELP!!
The shoes I received were not the shoes I ordered. The shoes I bought were size 12-Nike Air Max 1x Patta White 2022. What arrived were size 10 Air Jordan 1 MID Lucky Green/Black-Whte. Shoes went through the authentication center and were tagged correctly. The seller either transposed shipping labels or the authentication center did. Who do I contact for mistakes made at the authentication center?

Go to your purchase history and click return item and select, the item doesn't match the description as the reason.
The seller will have 3 days to accept the return and pay return shipping or refund without returning.
If they don't, return to the case on day 4 and ask Ebay to step in.

@holsmy_2 You have purchased an item on a platform that offers a money back guarantee, so you have nothing to worry about. Just follow the procedures for a return. Go to your purchase history and select the shoes. Mark it as item not as described, which is the option you need to select, and they weren't the correct shoes you ordered so it's correct. You only get one chance at opening a return case so take your time and choose this option. Seller will have to send you a return label and then all you have to do is print the return label and ship the shoes back before the time period ends. Very simple and you will receive a full refund then purchase again. Best of luck to you....

Thanks for the reply. This was the first step I took- unfortunately the response stated " items covered by Authenticity Guarantee can’t be returned if the seller doesn’t accept returns". I can understand no returns if I changed my mind, but this is an error with the seller or eBay so I completely disagree. Any ideas on how to take it to the next step?

Time and again we've highlighted that the eBay Authenticity Guarantee is missing the second part.
A guarantee has two parts: Satisfaction, or recourse.
eBay is missing an oar [sic].
Since there is no recourse @holsmy_2 and you'll be rowing in circles with one oar trying to understand this to eBay [sic again] your payment source lives outside of the eBay fantasy world.
Depending on how you paid, file a return request here oar if that fails, file a chargeback with you card issuer, with the reason that the item you received is not as described.
-- The former may issue a prepaid return label since it's the AG oar you might have to pay return shipping yourself (but it would be worth it) to get your refund
-- but the latter (card issuer ) just forces a refund and holds the merchant responsible for return shipping if they want the goods returned in a Not As Described chargeback.

Hey @holsmy_2 . Filing a payment dispute should be your last resort option, especially since eBay keeps track of them.
As mentioned above, eBay has a terrible system (no system) in place for when something like this happens, however I've seen buyers get resolution when contacting the eBay CS team on social (US-based). I suggest sending a DM through one of eBay's social channels to explain what happened: ebayforbusiness on facebook, ebayforsellers on insta, askebay on X
They should be able to help you with this, and if not you can always file the chargeback.

You should contact Authenticity Guarantee directly. If you look at the emails you received after you purchased the shoes there is a "contact us" link on those emails and you can talk to the authenticity guarantee dept. directly. I had to contact them once (as a seller) and the "contact us" button was in an email I received from them. I clicked it, chose call me and they called within 1 minute. I asked if this was actually the authenticity guarantee dept. and the man said yes and was able to provide me personalized help and solve my problem right then and there. I'm sure they will fix this for you just contact them.

I just went back and looked at a past email I received from them and it says "If you have any questions or concerns just GET IN TOUCH". Click the GET IN TOUCH link and it will give you the option to call or have them call you.
