Did NOT receive QR code

I purchased shipping through eBay and they claim that you will automatically receive a QR code which can be used at your local shipping office. I never received the code and I spent 1 hour at the shipping office trying to figure it out before I finally gave up and went home to print the label so I can turn around and go back to the shipping office to get the item shipped. Not the first time this has happened either.

The code is sent through email.

Step 1: Check your email SPAM folder.

Step 2: If you still cannot locate the code, download a copy through the reprint function.

To reprint a label purchased through eBay (or download a copy of a QR code through the reprint function), go to this page, find the order and select Reprint from the Actions drop-down. The reprint option is available for 7 days.

I also had the same issue this morning. Generated 3 QR codes and they were never emailed to me. Had to go to "Reprint Label" and printed the shipping labels.

Me too. Purchased shipping this morning never received the email with the QR.  Why is this suddenly not working?

Same - I'm not getting the shipping labels/QR codes sent to my email in the last 24 hours or so. I did find the way to download it on my desktop and took a screenshot and it worked at USPS

I've seen a handful of threads about this. There's definitely some kind of glitch right now. At least there's that option to download through reprint so you can still access the code even if it requires a couple extra steps.

Hey @justpowersports! The issue where sellers did not receive emails with QR codes for labels purchased with QR codes has now been resolved. Thank you for your patience.

Thanks for the call out kyle@ebay ! I spotted this a few days ago when I noticed the link someone else posted was different from mine and put it on my to do list to update any of my macros that have the old link. Haven't gotten to it yet.

The funny thing is Seller Hub currently directs to this link:

And that page redirects to the link you posted above:

https://www.ebay.com/ship/labels/seller-hub

Can you confirm, Kyle, that this URL is not changing?

That's the URL for viewing APV adjustments. It has the old "lmng" label management path similar to the old labels link which is why I'm checking.

Happened to me 3 times last 2 days so I don’t think it’s fixed…

Same. In fact haven’t recieved a QR via email in weeks. At the point now where I’m just screen capturing the QR and jotting the matching QR on the shipping box.
