Did Ebay raise their shipping rates for first class shipping labels on trading card? Using Ebay Ser?

As of the 1st of October, the USPS raised rates on some classes of service.

Postal rates are going up for the "holiday season" which the post office has determined to be 3 1/2 months  long.  This raise hike will continue until Jan. 23, 2023.
