Hi! I ordered an item on eBay to be delivered from Rochester, New York to Finland and the tracking is telling me it’s available for pickup in Philadelphia. Is it that USPS has delivered it there for eBay to collect and ship out internationally?

Sometimes my Asendia packages leave from NY. I'm sure Asendia knows much more about their logistics than you do and chose Philly with good reason. 😉
