How To Show Combined Shipping Option in Listings?

I offer combined shipping discounts as stated in my description but how do I show this in the listing? Other sellers are able to show this with the little exclamation point in their listings but I don't see how to edit this. Thank you for any advice!

I sell only One of items so I've never set this up myself sorry..

I believe it's a name for the shipping profile you create so you get to name it. 

IE Panties or Bras or socks etc...
