I have placed an order on the 6 February 2020. The delivery dates were between 17 February 2020 and latest 2 March 2020 but I did not get my order and this site is not helpful at all

First, read eBay’s money back guarantee, then go to the Resolution Center and open a case for ITEM NOT RECEIVED. If seller cannot prove delivery via a valid tracking number, you will be refunded.

On your purchase history page you have a drop down menu where you can initiate a claim by contacting the seller or report a late delivery. You can also initiate a claim for an item not received through the resolution center link.

You didn't get your order why?
- it was never shipped?
- it was shipped on time but is currently in-transit?
- it was shipped late but is currently in-transit?
- it was delivered per tracking but you didn't receive it?
- there is no tracking information?
- tracking info is inaccurate, or doesn't help you track the package?
- it was shipped internationally?
I think you'd get more help if you were more specific. There isn't much people can do with "My order should be here by now but I didn't get it".
