Delivered and signed for?

In Sunday i bought very heavy and expensive item on Ebay from UK. Yesterday on my Ebay summary page it clearly says: Delivered on Aug 23, 2017

When i click on tracking number: i got message allready fo 36 hours: We're unable to show the shipping status at this time. Please try again later.

if i go on order detail page show full tracking history i got:

Wednesday, Aug 23, 2017 8:39 AM N/A Delivered and signed for
Wednesday, Aug 23, 2017 6:33 AM Birmingham On its way to the courier

now since i'm in different country in the two hours the package could be delivered in that time only with ballistic misille.

Anway the seller used Hermes to deliver in Ebay GSP center, and Hermes tracking is showing that is Signature from household ??

Now it is obvious  that my package is delivered and signed for in GSP center but why cant i track it further? Whats wrong with the system, and also on drop down menu on the right side of the item there is no more "I didn't receive it" option which is normal, because it is "delivered"???

What now?

Re: Delivered and signed for?

Honestly, I'd call eBay and get them directly involved.  This GSP thing is their baby, and the malfunctions need to be reported.  Keep calling them until you get a rep who listens to what you're saying and takes action.

Re: Delivered and signed for?

A Global Shipping Program package always shows "Delivered" --

when it is delivered to the UK/US Global Shipping Center --

this protects the seller from INR as that job is done.

@poskok2010

Next, you will get a new tracking number as GSP begins its job --

and when that new tracking number shows "Delivered" --

you will have your item at the end of its trip from the GSP center.

and when the new tracking number will appear, since it past arround 40 hours. It is ok for seller to appear to him delivered, but i'm a buyer and it is not deliverd from my point of view. And anway it is bug in the system which someone must repair.

Re: Delivered and signed for?

Just wait for the last estimated delivery date --

your efforts to micromanage will disappoint.

you think that this "delivered" thing is OK? And that nobody involved in GSP should do nothing?

Anyway I dont know which is or was estimated delivery date, I dont see it anymore because it is delivered.

What don't you understand here? There is NO problem. STOP micromanaging. The seller shipped TO the GSP. The tracking number you have is for the seller's shipment TO the GSP. It has been delivered TO THE GSP. So the delivered status is correct. You will soon get a SECOND tracking number for the international part. Just be patient and stop looking for problems when there are none!

Re: Delivered and signed for?

you have serious  problem, the tracking number doesnt show that  is deliverd to  the GSP, the tracking  number shows that is delivered to me thats why i dont have option "I didn't receive it", so i'm saying that is problem in the script which is handling GSP.  I dont **bleep**in care about sellers tracking to GSP i want my tracking number for my money, do you understand that "micromanaginig".

Re: Delivered and signed for?

You're not entitled to a tracking number. Period.

Simply because you don't like the responses you've been given doesn't mean they aren't right or that there's no use for this community.

Actually it is not a bug in the system and one of the other posters explained that the GSP is a 2 step process.  Step one is Seller ships to GSP and HIS part is over, done, finished, complete, etc.  NEXT, step two,  it is GSP's turn to the ship the package to YOU.  If the item does not arrive then the issue is with GSP and NOT the Seller.

Re: Delivered and signed for?

i'm not retarded, yes it is two step process, so? and where is the second step?

where is the tracking no? now it is allmost 3 days from signed and delivered, when the second track number will appear.

issue with gsp?? and how will i start if i dont have option "i did not recive it" it is a flaw, stupid one, which seems nobody understand on this theme except @terrycanarsky

Re: Delivered and signed for?

It can take several days before the GSP ships your package. The only thing you need to know is the estimated delivery date.

Again there is NO FLAW! It would be a very good idea for you to a)read up on how the GSP works when you are a buyer and b)the money back guarantee. Of course you can't open an item not received case! If you had read the money back guarantee, you would know that NO ONE can open an INR until AFTER the latest delivery estimate. Your item is not late. The latest delivery estimate has not passed yet. So you shouldn't even be worried about not being able to file a case yet.
