Wrong address for Global Shipping Program

So I need to know what is going to happen next. I ordered a package and the address autofilled from PayPal to an old address. I tried to contact the seller and they had already dropped off the package to the GSP center and there was nothing they could do. The package has been attempted once already for delivery, but no one is home at that address. What happens next? Do they constantly try to deliver it? Does it go back to the seller?

The seller ships the item to the global shipping program. Did the item arrive at the GSP hub? If it did and the GSP shipped to the address you provided when you paid, then you have to wait and see what happens. If the carrier can’t deliver it, it will be returned to the GSP and the gsp will refund you.
