Could anyone kindly share an email address for customer service? I received an automated message stating that I would get a call in three minutes, but here I am, 24 hours later, still waiting. Has anyone else experienced shipping delays due to natural disasters? I'm at my wit's end trying to resolve this issue and struggling to reach eBay. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated—thank you so much!

eBay will often announce that it will correct metrics impacted by weather and the like. But from what I understand it takes at least 30 days for the defect to go away.
Does this in any way apply to you?
