Ebay Calculating Shipping Wrong

I do combined shipping, but, Ebay calculates wrong. This has happened many times. Had a customer purchase 23 items and Ebay calculated the shipping for the correct weight but in the same size box small box. The box ebay calculated was 14x12x3 but ended up being 28x17x11. How do I stop them calculating for me?

There's no way of them knowing what size box you'll end up using so they won't be able to calculate that part right.

This is one of the pitfalls to setting up combined shipping correctly.    I gave up on it a long time ago, my combined shipping rule is 'I will refund the difference'
