My buyer decides to return a product. This is the first time that happens to me. So far, I have created a label. Now I am waiting for the shipment, right? What happens if a buyer will not ship the product back?
Thanks

Don't issue refund until you get the item back.
If buyer "changes his mind" and doesn't ship item back (you don't have to issue refund). Refund Request will automatically close (takes a while).

If the buyer opens a case involving a return and then does not send the return by the date specified, eBay will most likely close that case on that date.
I had one recently where the buyer never mailed the return, and they closed it.

Right now, it looks like this:
Is that correct?

And the money will be available to me, right?

Yes

What about a cost of the return label?

NEVER give the refund until AFTER you get the item back.

No, I did not click on "Refund Buyer".
But I am also asking about the return label. Is its cost going to be recovered if a buyer is not returning the item?

You will not be charged for the return label if the item is not sent back.

... and JFYI about 50% of my returns don't get sent back.

I just checked the address I shipped the item to and the address the USPS is waiting for item at, and they are not the same. Does that indicate a problem? Different states.
