Re: Customer wants me to ship via snail mail.

I take it you mean the buyer wants you to ship via letter mail? First class letter? Why are you letting the buyer control how you ship? You do know that there is no seller protection if you ship without tracking right? You can ship with tracking for as little as $2.61 (assuming this is a small lightweight widget).

Re: Customer wants me to ship via snail mail.

NEVER ship ANYTHING without tracking.

Buyer will win INR case because you can't prove delivery.

You might as well take out the statement about items sold "as is", and "all sales Final". This is not enforceable.

Buyers always have eBay's Money Back Guarantee to fall back on whenever they want to open cases.

Nothing tastes as good as being thin feels.

It's a small weight/value item I sold for $1.  If the USPS looses it's no big deal.

Ok just put a stamp on it then. I think you'll get dinged unless the buyer, when leveling feedback, marks "yes"When eBay asks if it was delivered on time. For some reason eBay isn't showing your sold listings so I could see what value we are talking here but I did see a $40 sale you received feedback for so I wasn't sure if this sale was in that range or not.
