Actions in the order. 1.Respond to email stating merchandise will left on my front porch, while I was on a family vacation on San Antonio Texas. Can prove! 2.Dispute the fact when I arrived no meechandise on porch. 3. Email and spoke to incoming calls from customer service stating someone in upper management will have to reach me due to some policy 4. Waited patiently for a response contact. All the while I needed laptop for school. Which had to post-pone. 5. Continued to try to reach upper management. Verdict less then a week case closed no refund. 6.continued to appeal and dispute and open cases and email ebay to get assistance and not be treates like trash. 7. Contacted ebay via email and was told 30 days 30 days and continued to stress the fact I applied several times but was not allowed to because the Ebay or web format wont while case is open or active or a decision was made. Final. 8. Email ebay again. Recieved 2 incoming ebay customer service calls stating what they cant do or not allowed to and the 30 day 30 day limits. Explained all and was told by one agent to get assistance through paypal. Then was told if they cant help to contact again. 9. Emailed and contacted paypal. 10. Contacted the seller and was told ebay is responsible. 11. Got an email say 30 day 30 day limits and sorry but no $ or computer. 12. Sueing EBAY!

Why would you order the laptop if you were going to be away on vacation? if the laptop shows delivered to the address you provided, you have no case.

Sorry this happened. Such as the seller, and therefore eBay: has proof of item was delivered.
Your being on vacation is not eBay, or the Postal system, or the sellers fault.
You should have contacted your postal service and have them hold the mail
As for customer service, it is what it is... Not much I can say about it.
