So its been an action packed day with AWFUL ebay service.. This morning I reached out to an Agent that appered to be helpful regarding a service charge.. however it was not her area of expertise. Naturally the people that are responsible for this aren't working today. So she told me that she would send a detailed letter as well as send me a letter regarding the call for reference. Naturally that email never surfaced.
Fast forward an hour later and a buyer of mine is threatening to open a return if i don't "substantially refund" her for an item purchased (An item that was already heavily discounted from original retail price)
I go and try to get a rep on the phone to get ahead of the impending trainwreck.. and naturally there is no more service at all...
Is anybody else experiencing the awful lack of service? I realize ebay customer service is awful.... but we've now seem to hit a new low.

Actually, "no more service" could be better than "awful lack of service". eBay's Philippine-based customer service is well known for lying and putting sellers in a more difficult place.
