I'm having the same problem. Ebay has no support whatsoever, and I've
called several times,, and basically they just say they are working on
it. with no time frame to resolve. "Could take up to a month".
Yes this will count against you. eBay heavily promotes their money back
guarantee.. so if they open a not as described case because it doesn’t
fit.. it will count against you. And you’ll pay the shipping to boot!
