I am new to sell on eBay. I can easily search many niches on sale under 10 bucks, as I know the most cheapest way to ship is to use USPS which costs around $4-5 for a very small package, how they can sell at $7.59? There are costs of final fee and product cost. I know for a large volume the carrier can offer more attractive price, but it still too shallow after all expense to make profit. Or there is other way to ship cheaply ? Anyone can help me to know?

First class mail starts at $3.66 not $4-5. And $7.59 does not include shipping so the cost of shipping does not affect the profit.
And you are in Canada so how do you use USPS?

Not really, most of the top 20 sellers offer free shipping. Look at them how much they sold.
I sometimes use 3PL to fulfill the order.
