I'm selling a product that I need a core return on. What is the best way to send the buyer a return shipping label?

Create a label at pirateship.com and send the buyer the PDF. There's also an option on pirate to generate a URL for the return label which is sometimes easier to send to the buyer than the PDF.
You can use your own address for the return address, but make sure you use the buyer's address for the ship-from address.

Print out the label and include it in the box. Be sure to change the from and to addresses and maybe date it a few to several days later. I do it all the time when I need to do an exchange. The simpler you keep it the more likely the buyer is to use it.

As suggested use a free PirateShip account, but make sure to use the Pay-On-Use return label option, so the date isn't a problem and no charge is made unless used.

Unless I am misunderstanding your listings, from how they read. What you are offering is a repair service where people have to first send you their logic boards so you have to first get them to ship them to you. That can be difficult to do since ebay does not allow members to send street or email addresses or phone numbers, through ebay messages, with the exception of Local Pickup listings, at least as far as I know. That info may be shared if there is a repair service category that allows it. If not, then if you or a buyer tries to send a street/email address ebay will not allow the message to be sent.
If you are actually sending them a refurbished board as stated in only one of your listings, and they are returning their originals. Then you can print out and send a return shipping label with the item you send. Most postage services offer return label printing, and if it isn't used within 30 days, you would be refunded. You may want to consider using boxes and packing material that can be opened and resealed/reused, so you know what the return package size/weight will be.
I also noticed a few things about your listings that might help you sell your service. The titles should also say garage door openers.
Ex: LiftMaster, Craftsman, Chamberlain, Garage Door Opener Mail in repair service for model #s pictured" . Since you post photos of the model's info plates you could also make them One listing, by using photos of the different product ID plates. In the description you can write out the various model #s for clarification. As well as saying I repair the models shown in the photos of the ID plates. Save it as a template to add or delete photos or model numbers in the future.
While your removal instructions will work for those who have some mechanical experience and/or knowledge of garage door openers, they will not work for those who have no idea of what you are describing, which would probably be many interested in your service.
So I would add CLEAR photos or better yet scans of repair instructions with images and part nomenclatures, if you have the repair manuals. As I remember correctly, from my days of doing home repairs for a living. The guts of those units are basically al the same. Photos of the boards themselves would be helpful like the ones in some of your listings.
Good Luck
