I just went from a year of above standard to below standard and eBay is no longer promoting my items. My listing views went from the up 60% to below -6%. This is the kiss of death. eBay has supplied me with the wrong address for buyers 11 times now and then ding me for their errors. I am retired and went to eBay to keep my home. Thanks Almighty eBay.

I'm sorry that you are having all these problems but I'm confused as well. When the buyer pays their address is given and that's where we send their item. As long as we send an item to the address given at payment and the tracking shows that the item was delivered or attempted to be delivered there, the seller would not be held responsible. So I don't understand why you have been 'dinged'. Are you sending the item to the payment address or using an address that you see when an offer has been made or ??

You've made 222 sales, and 11 of those had the wrong address ... 5% of your sales?
You must be cursed. I've completed thousands of sales on eBay, and not once has eBay given me the wrong address.

Never had eBay given me a wrong address...and I hand print my addresses.
Could be maybe putting the wrong address labels on the wrong multiple envelopes at the same time..
I always look at item and confirm item goes to such and such buyer. I caught myself sometimes almost giving the item to the wrong person. But I wouldn't blame eBay.

I had that same thing happen to me when I was selling on ebay, I never used ebay labels, I just wrote the address on the envelope or box and took the package to the post office (which sometimes the post office could not verify the address - in which case I ended up sending it to the address that they could verify (although when no address could be verified, I had no choice but to use the ebay supplied address and eventually the package got delivered (not always to the ebay supplied address though. So, I would suggest asking your post office what to do when you have this problem and see what they say.
