Combined shipping

I have an item with multiples on buy it now pay when bought. I had a customer that wanted two lots. She went to buy them and it charged her twice the shipping.  Qustion is how do I get the amount of combined shipping?

If the buyer has paid you, it's easy to issue a partial refund in MP. Just go to your Seller Hub/Orders... find the order in question and use the blue drop-down menu to the left of the order. Select 'Send Refund', enter the amount, confirm and approve. Good luck.

My ebay > Summary > Account > Site preferences > Shipping preferences

You can create a rule for combined shipping.  Mine is to ADD THE WEIGHTS.  That works well when both items use the same shipping method, but sometimes doesn't work well when one uses first class parcel and the other uses priority.
