Choosing the correct shipping option when an item is potentially hazardous

Hello,

I have a quick question. I'm not much into selling potientially hazarous items as USPS sees them, but I have some new reciprocating saw blades (elongated or rather, knife-like looking) for a powertool called a sawzall. I would appreciate some opinions, answers..on the shipping option to give in my listing. Do they just get sent by GROUND only, can they be sent EXPEDITED? Do these get treated like knives, should I follow usps's guidlines/rules as such? Can you send mutliples in one box? (I have a count of 7, want to sell all together) I recently sold some old avon aftershave bottles that still had all the aftershave inside...and didnt realize there were special proceedures that go with shipping such things, so I didn't select proper shipping options, didn't package any of them right, and it cost me money in the end.

Ground shipping for hazmat is about the hazards of air travel, for items such as lithium batteries and potentially flamable liquids. It has nothing to do with sharp stuff. Just package your item so it can't escape from the packaging, and use regular Priroity Mail.

Saw blades can be shipped using the usps, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc. They are not on the list of hazardous items. Package the saw blades together securely and the box so they don't come out of the box.
