Dear Community,
As expected, the seller did not send me my purchase. (I thought about this before and discussed it with Community here).
So today i opened a request "not received the item", but Again a problem - I have to wait till 11th of April for Seller to respond!!! Why??? He never answered any of my letters, nothing after my payment and 6 days already passed since then , he is gone!!!!
Now I have to wait for nothing Till 11th for seller to respond (this will not happen) , and after that 2-3 business days for EBAY to give back my PayPal payment. Why the Buyer on EBAY has not any kind of "protection" and "good treatment"?
Want to remind guys that i paid for the item on 31th March, and yesterday was the last day of arriving of item, and nothing, and no any mails answered from many of written by me.
So Disappointed.

You wait.
Whenever a claim is made, eBay gives buyers and sellers a period to work things out.
You'll get your refund, but eBay has extended the waiting period to 5 business days I believe, due to the coronavirus, rather than the typical 2 business days ... so it might be 4/13 or 4/14 until you'll be eligible to escalate the claim if the buyer doesn't refund sooner. So be patient.

Did the seller ship the item? Did you get a tracking number?
Regardless you will get your money back. eBay bends over backwards for buyers at the cost of the seller so I wouldn't worry much on your end.
How much money are we talking about here?
I lost a $500 purchase once at the post office, it took months to get SOME money back from the post office. The seller shipped and USPS lost the big heavy 110lb box. I did not see it fair to claim money back from the seller as they have always delivered to me in the past with no problem.

Not agree dear. The Seller getting his payment immediately, and can lie can cheat , do anything he want.
But Buyer should waist time for someone who is a simple "indecent" person.
This is not right, and my refund doesn't matter , my discussion have other point. (If you know what i mean)

The seller doesn't ship the item, and never gave me the Tracking number. last Email via Ebay was That i paid dear Seller, please proceed the shipment. And that's it.
Nothing changed since then.

I understand you point, but there's nothing you can do about it.
I don't think it is a good idea to change our clocks twice a year, to have USA presidents elected by the Electoral College instead of popular vote, or package cereal in a box plus a bag, but there's nothing I can do about any of that.

Dear i understand that , BUT today i had 1 BIG BUT,
That cheater seller got POSITIVE feedback from a person....!!!! His ID is some kind of hidden i can't see,
The Feedback is from "h***n (*153)" , How can i contact him? Is it even possible?

Its not possible to contact another buyer. Have a little patience, follow the rules, and you will get your refund.

you can not contact another buyer, and have no business doing so.
You will get your refund.

USPS weight limit for items shipped is 70 lbs.
