Was the 6.75 in addition to what it cost to buy your own label? Or was the 6.75 what you spent to buy your own label.
If the buyer supplied a prepaid label and you overlooked it then, frankly, that is your error and no one owes you a refund.
If you were charged 6.75 in addition to your own cost then a call to CS would be in order. I don't think there is any one to "send" (email?) a message to that would help.
