Changes to combined shipping after bids

1. Posted two items on eBay with flat rate shipping $5 each. 
2. Received bid for both items from same member.

3. Changed shipping preferences (first time) to 3days to combine orders, and add 3.25 for additional item. (Fits in small FRB)

Will the listings show this? Will the current bidder be notified and will potential bidders know they can take advantage of this?

No changes done will show for an Auction that has bids. They still show $5 ea. 

Just 'refund' the difference (if there is any) and same buyer wins both.

Is there any way I can inform bidders or watchers that I am willing to offer them a deal on combined shipping after bids have already been received? Thank you
