I bought a band gig flyer yesterday and today as I was going through emails, I noticed its being sent to some place in Texas (I'm in Oklahoma).
Now, I don't think it's phishing or I have been hacked, I think it's Location services on my phone. AT&T phones, at least with people I've discussed this location issue with before but in regards to weather forecast and stories on the news feed, always will be Dallas, Texas. Usually the fix is going to the Google search page when it's untouched, going to bottom and tapping 'Advanced Location' and even then, it's mixture of cellular data saying Dallas and GPS saying Tulsa.
So, my question is this: Does the shipping address only change by actually user input or can it be affected by Location services if purchases are made through a cellular phone and using Chrome (I wasn't using the eBay app).
I'm hoping it isn't a hack, because it's dumb to have full access to monetary information and then just change an address.
Any ideas? Could it be a possibility of a web page bug. I was using Chroma Dev on a Google Pixel 3 XL.

Go to your Account>Personal Information and check your Ship To address. That's the only thing that will determine where the package is sent. If that address is correct, it very well could be that the seller is a scammer, and shipped something to TX in hopes of winning an INR case. But, they can't win if you can prove it was shipped to the wrong address.
If that address in wrong, then you could have very well been hacked. In that case go to the Security Center link at the bottom of this page and check out how to report a hacked account. It's under Tools & Apps.
