Well you're registered in the US, you must have used a US address at one time. Check your Account Personal Information and make sure you have the right address in the Ship To field. If it remains a problem, you may need to change your country of registration.

Also make sure the address you want to used is marked as primary address. Sometimes things get saved in your cache history, so you might try doing a history clean up.
