Shipping labels with tracking - not working with orders over a certain dollar amount

I have been using eBay shipping labels with tracking for about a month. On three separate occasions I have clicked through to print a label. The shipment is under the required 3 ounces. On each of these occasions it would not let me use eBay Standard Envelope shipping and in each instance the single items was worth more than $20.00. Is there a cost limitation which prevents shipping via eBay Standard Envelope with Tracking?

The ebay stadard shipping is for items valued at $20 and under. This is why you cant make changes to the postage. Hope this helped you.
