Change from local pickup to shipping

Buyer initially wanted local pickup, now wants to have it shipped. Buyer has already paid. How do I change it?

Personally, I think I'd just cancel it and relist.   "Problem with buyer address".   Buyer sounds like a PITA. 

Is it very heavy? - lots of postage? - you'll ship and get a Dispute and have to eat the postage both ways.   Thats my thinking, maybe customer feedback and messaging gives a different story. 🙂
