Cannot print label on Ebay but can print same transaction on paypal

This problem started a couple months ago. I cannot print my shipping labels through Ebay anymore keeps coming up with cannot print label at this time or something along those lines. I have to go to paypal find the transaction and print it there. Works in paypal no problem I cannot find what is breaking Ebay for me. After I print them I am starting to second guess what went where...lol.

l saw a little of that too, main issue now is the link to buy shipping label sends me to a non working page that insists l can fit a 20 lb box into an retail ground envelope.

Ha!  Both issues cleared yesterday after hanging around an hour refreshing etc. and at various times ending up at square one again. Sent one box out today and had a twitch when you mentioned not feeling great about what went where. *tis been great hopes they clear out the ghosts
