I purchased back in May of this year a pair of what I assumed to be genuine Samsung Galaxy Buds+ from what appeared to be a reputable seller. They looked spot on in terms of construction and packaging. I did notice some performance issues here and there, but chalked it up to the fact that Bluetooth buds in general are finnicky.
Last week I went down a rabbit-hole in the Samsung forums for a another issue I was having, which got into the topic of counterfeits. To keep this short, I now know beyond a doubt that the Buds I have are fake. Even the serial number on the bottom of the packaging is a common copy that's used on the counterfeit boxes.
I reached out to the seller to voice my grief, but considering it's been 7-months, I'm definitely not expecting a response.
I paid $130 for these fakes. Is there anything at all I can do?

you can go back to the original seller and watch what they sell,if they are still passing bad earbuds then turn them in,report them to ebay and samsung.
send a letter to the police in the local town.tell them to get the bunco squad on it
