Hello:
Not sure were to post this problem. When I want to see what shipping to my location is, and I click on
Shipping & payments tab, I enter my country and Post Code, to see what teh shipping will be BUT
it returns me back to the main page I was on.. This has happend a few times, so I now send teh seller asking how much, fro 1 or 5 items, ect,
Anyone habve same problem and any ideas why this happens?

I am telling you that what you assumed was an answer to the question is incorrect
This is a glitch.
It does not work to get an accurate quote for multiple items
The counter will always change back to one item.
I have the same problem on my listings. It is definitely a glitch. And boy does it annoy me. And don't even get me started on shipping labels...

My PM to you was to apologize for the interaction that was becoming heated between us on the board.
We (You, I, and others) have to deal with how this glitch affects the buyer experience
But first and foremost was my concern that the user actually asked a 2 part question. As I told you.
You can post that entire private message here for everyone to see.
I have nothing to hide about my comments.
But strongly disagree with you that I should not have to start my own thread about the same topic.
The function is broken.
Many others are commenting on it too.
And I am not calling you out for you responding to a message from another user that clearly was @ me saying that yes, it is broken.
So why are you taking it so personal that I am saying this ISSUE is not solved/resolved?
My only concern is that this thread stay open for others to see and that it doesn't get hidden in hopes that CS will take action on this (and other technical issues)

Called again about this one and other issues last night just to make sure the ticket is still open and added to.
The item specifics stopping re-lists appeared again today.
Call me back feature is currently disabled
Call wait time is 75 minutes.
Again, my apologies if you were offended by my PM, I still have no idea why you are so offended when we both want the issues resolved.

Thanks, please don't give up hope that Ebay might some day fix all of this.
Even though seems like lately, every day, there is a new glitch or 3 to add to the list
Like I have always said to others. No worries, "this only affects a small number of users"
