I sent a help desk ticket to packlink with a screenshot, showing that the two options at the bottom of the label payment page are greyed out/disabled, the "Print for Free" and the one asking for an adult signature.
I asked, how to get a QR code for my Colissimo/Chronopost labels since the option is disabled.
Here's what they said:
"Hello,
Thank you for contacting Packlink
Via our shipping platform, the shipping label must be imprinted and glued on the parcel.
Sincerely
Manager I, Support
eBay by Packlink shipping platform"
He didn't answer the question...
So, when will this be fixed? Does anyone have any luck with this? I tried all browsers, the two checkboxes are disabled on all of them. I managed to get help at the post office and the nice lady scanned the barcode of the pdf and printed it for me at her station, exceptionally. The printer station where you normally scan the QR code will not print the label if you try to scan the label (pdf) there.
I saw old threads about this (re UPS) and some seem that this is fixed. I haven't tried UPs yet, so I can't say if that works here. Colissimo and Chronopost have the options disabled.
Edit: So I talked with the post office. There are two bar codes on some labels, in that case, the smaller one above the long one at the bottom can be used to print the label at the post office, best make a screenshot of the correct bar code so it doesn't scan the wrong one.
It would be easier to get a QR code via email. So maybe packlink can fix their page and send QR codes along with the label mail...

I'm not sure many if any users use packlink here.
Since you are in France this might be a better place for you to find people who might be able to provide insight.
